(The Muslim News):  In the last 24 hours, Israeli Defence Forces, indiscriminate bombings in Gaza Strip, have killed 46 Palestinians and injured 110 others, according to the Health Ministry. These figures have increased the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces since 7 October 2023 to 36,096, including 15,328 children and 10,071 women, and 81,136 others injured, reported the Ministry in the besieged enclave on Tuesday. 10,000 Palestinians are under rubble.

More Israeli air strikes have hit an area west of the city of Rafah, killing seven people and wounding dozens, the Reuters news agency reports, quoting Palestinian health officials.

Al Jazeera Arabic are also reporting an Israeli strike on tents where displaced people are sheltering in Rafah, causing casualties.

According to witnesses speaking to Reuters, Israeli tanks and other army vehicles are advancing in central Rafah.

Israeli forces Tuesday evening targeted the tents of displaced Palestinians in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah, killing 21 and wounding others, according to local sources, reports Wafa News Agency.

They said that Israeli warplanes struck the al-Mawasi area near Rafah, which had been designated a “humanitarian zone” by the occupation forces, with several missiles, killing at least 21 people and wounding others, mostly children and women, according to a Palestinian Civil Defense source.

Within the last 48 hours, the occupation forces killed 72 displaced people in bombing that targeted the tents housing the displaced people in the Israeli designated “safe zone”.

Tuesday’s strikes follows Sunday’s widely condemned Israeli attack on the camps of the displaced people in Rafah, which killed at least 45 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and wounded some 250 others.

At least nine civilians today were killed and others were injured in the Israeli occupation bombing of the northern Gaza Strip and Rafah.

Local sources said that the Israeli forces opened fire in the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, killing six civilians and wounding others, including a doctor.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that three were killed and others were injured as the occupation forces targeted the al-Iskan Al-Abyad area, west of Rafah.

Medical sources said that a number of citizens, including children, were killed and a number of others were injured in the Israeli bombing of a house owned by Aqel family in Bureij market in the central Gaza Strip.

The sources also said two Palestinians were killed and a number of others were injured after an Israeli raid on a house in Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Additionally, at least two Palestinians were killed as a result of the Israeli bombing a house belonging to Al-Ghussein family in Al-Darraj neighborhood in Gaza City.

At least three Palestinians were killed and a number of others were injured, as a result of the Israeli warplanes targeting a tent of displaced people for Abu Jarad family at Tal Al-Sultan, west of the city of Rafah.

A young man was killed due to an Israeli bombing in the city of Rafah, according to sources, the Israeli artillery shelled intensely, as Israeli drones opened fire in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah.

The bombing also targeted the upper floor of the Indonesian Hospital in the neighborhood, whereas dozens of families were displaced due to the Israeli bombing of shelter schools, Tal al-Sultan clinic, and the hospital.

Tuesday’s airstrikes came just four days after the International Court of Justice ordered Israel in a legally binding decision to halt its military offensive in Rafah, which may violate its obligations under the Genocide Convention.

Meanwhile, the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) announced that over a million civilians fled Rafah since the Israel ground offensive against the city, at a time when medical sources said that all hospitals in the Rafah governorate have ceased function, except for the Tall Sultan Maternity Hospital.

According to the Israeli government, 1,139 Israelis were killed by Hamas on October 7 in southern Israel, and 134 Israelis and foreign nationals are still detained by Hamas in Gaza.
